- Project Objective
With our project, we aim to support the psychological well-being of orphaned youth, increase vocational education and career opportunities, strengthen social awareness and encourage the development of inclusive social policies for orphaned youth. In this context:
• Supporting orphaned youth's participation in education, profession and social life,
• Increasing the capacities of institutions and individuals working with orphans,
• Creating awareness about orphanhood in society and encouraging youth to take social responsibility,
• Ensuring equal opportunities by reducing discrimination faced by orphaned youth,
• Supporting peace, social inclusion and cultural diversity within the framework of sustainable development and human rights. - Target Group
This project aims to increase social responsibility awareness among youth, develop skills for working with differences and encourage active participation. The target group consists of individuals aged 13-30 who are open to learning, highly motivated and sensitive to disadvantaged groups.
Three main groups have been determined within the scope of the project:
- Training Participants: Individuals aged 13-30 who can contribute to dissemination activities at the end of the training.
- Workshop Participants: Youth aged 18-30 who are compatible with group work, socially active and have volunteering experience.
- Summit Participants: Individuals aged 18-30 with critical thinking skills and high social responsibility awareness.
Participation of socioeconomically and geographically disadvantaged individuals, especially orphaned youth, orphan mothers, disabled and immigrant orphans, will be prioritized.
