Economic Empowerment and Development Projects for Orphaned Families

The most pressing issue faced by our orphaned families is economic hardship. This situation, which directly affects the lives of children and their families, often leads to the inability to meet many vital needs, including education, healthcare, adequate nutrition, access to clean water, and clothing.

Through our development projects, we are working to enable these families to become self-sufficient and achieve economic well-being. We introduce the most suitable projects for orphaned families, taking into account the geographical features, regional conditions, and livelihoods of the countries they live in.

Examples of Our Development Projects

  • Myanmar (Rohingya) – Vocational Training Project
  • Myanmar (Rohingya) – Grocery Store Project
  • Bosnia-Herzegovina – Seed Support Project
  • Bosnia-Herzegovina – Poultry Farming Project
  • Bosnia-Herzegovina – Greenhouse Project
  • Burkina Faso – Loom Machine Project
  • Mali – Motorcycle Project
  • Sri Lanka – Cattle Farming Project
  • Sri Lanka – Grocery Store Project
  • Yemen – Small Livestock Farming Project
  • Yemen – Large Livestock Farming Project
  • Yemen – Beekeeping Project
  • Yemen – Vocational Training and Sewing Machine Project
  • Yemen – Dairy Cow Farming Project

The greatest benefit of our development projects, after their economic impact, is the psychological support they provide. The participation of orphaned mothers in productive work plays a significant role in alleviating the effects of the trauma they have experienced.

Project's Purpose and Scope

The primary goal of the development projects identified by our social service specialists, based on the conditions of the families' living areas, is to improve the economic opportunities of these families. Through these initiatives, orphaned families will not only secure a regular income, improving their living standards, but they will also contribute to the local economy. Furthermore, a productive mother becomes a positive role model for her child, setting an example of resilience and self-sufficiency.
