Peace Station Project

The Peace Station Project aims to assist orphaned children and their mothers in coping with their loss, and to alleviate the psychological impact caused by this loss. The project identifies the needs of its target audience, consisting of orphaned and socially orphaned children and their mothers, through objective methods. It develops programs to address these needs and conducts evaluations post-implementation. These evaluations are used both to assess the effectiveness of the programs and to refine them, ensuring that they align more closely with the goals.

The Peace Station Project, through the development of “intervention” programs, seeks to reduce the risk factors in the lives of the target group while increasing the support factors. The activities carried out under the project aim to encourage the mental, emotional, and social development of the children. Additionally, efforts are made to enhance the academic achievements of the children, and to foster their development in multiple domains based on the theory of multiple intelligences by organizing art and skill workshops. Alongside the children, psychological support programs and educational workshops are also organized for mothers. The aim of these programs is to strengthen women mentally, improve their parenting skills, and reduce the use of negative discipline methods toward their children.

  • Individual/Group Psychotherapy Services for children and mothers
  • Art, Skill, and Play Workshops for children
