What is the purpose of the Orphan Foundation?

How much does the Orphan Foundation deduct for its administrative expenses?
As the Board of Directors of the Orphanage Foundation, our decision regarding the administrative deductions necessary for the maintenance of our foundation is as follows: Administrative service fees are deducted at 5% for our orphan care activities, and our other projects and activities are set at 20%.
