Upon receiving the news of the flood, the Foundation's Psychosocial Support Team immediately initiated relief efforts. Expert Psychologist Şevket Kalkan, a member of the team, shared: "As soon as we received the news of the flood, we began our operations. We then proceeded to the region where we provided trauma therapy, conducted face-to-face meetings, and distributed various aid items. The entire community, including our local institutions, came together as one to carry out the relief efforts." Ongoing search and rescue operations continue in the Bozkurt district of Kastamonu, one of the most affected areas by the flood in the Black Sea region, to locate the victims of the disaster.
