The findings of Turkey's first Social Orphanhood Symposium are presented. This study comprehensively addresses the "social orphanhood" problem experienced by millions of children who are deprived of love, attention, and care despite having living parents. Prepared with contributions from academics, experts, and civil society representatives, this work offers a broad perspective ranging from the causes and consequences of social orphanhood to the impact of technology and solution proposals.
