Although we try to do our best to meet the needs of our children, we always need older brothers and sisters who will extend their hands into their world and put a smile on their face. Even just by sitting at a table with them or reading a book next to them, you can be one of the important people they will take as an example in their lives. As the Volunteer Management, we keep a kind of volunteer report card of each of our volunteers who have joined our Foundation, classify them according to their interests, and learn about the areas in which they want to help our children. By acting as a bridge between our children and our volunteers, we are the first to answer the questions of our volunteers who join us. While we talk about the sensitive foundations of volunteering and the responsibilities we take from our hearts, we talk about covenant and commitment about our children. And then, we fulfill our duty to build the volunteer bridge and sincerely support them in their work by introducing our volunteers to the relevant units.
